"We’re very sorry to hear how frustrated you’re feeling — claim situations, especially involving home damage, can be incredibly stressful, and we never want any client to feel left in the dark. While we can’t discuss claim details publicly, we do want to clarify that our office has been actively working to advocate on your behalf. Our team has made multiple contacts with the claims department to request further review, and we are continuing to help pursue the additional inspection process. That process does require specific documentation and review steps through the claims department, but please know we are not stepping away from it.
